Your order is usually send within 1-4 days.

(subject to availability and excluding holidays). (excluding custom-designed items)

After placing your order, you will always receive a confirmation and a track & trace code.

Pickup option:

It is possible to pick up your order, in which case choose the "pick-up at location" option at checkout.

After confirmation, you can pick up your package during store hours.

 

When placing an order:

You can place your order through the website or by emailing us.

If you order through the website, you will receive an immediate confirmation email. If you don't receive it, there may be an issue with your email address, so please contact us via the contact form.

The confirmation email also serves as your receipt if you choose to pick up your order in-store.

You will receive your track & trace code when the package is ready to be shipped.

 

Returns:

Products can only be returned in their original packaging and after consultation.

Upon purchase or receipt of the product, you have 14 days to return it without giving a reason (excluding custom-designed products).

For consumers, the return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Dyrgard reserves the right, in individual cases – for example, in the event of manufacturing defects or special circumstances – to cover the return shipping costs in full or in part.

In cases of misuse of the return policy (such as repeated unfounded returns or damaged items), Dyrgard may charge return fees or refuse a full refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
It may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
